Pre-Owned Home Inspections
To assist us with the quality control and consistency of our service, we have developed an on-site reporting system that addresses the structural and mechanical condition of the home, as well as its, plumbing, roofing, appliances, electrical system, and foundation. For your records, visible defects or maintenance issues noted during the inspection are recorded in our report. Additionally, the results of performed tests such as air-conditioners and built-in appliances are recorded and can be used as proof of operation for any home warranty claim in the future. We strongly encourage our clients to attend the inspection and participate in the process. We have learned from experience that participation enhances our inspection service. Since we print our reports on-site, being present allows you to receive immediate answers to questions and leave with a clear understanding of the report. We will provide an unbiased, objective, and professional evaluation of the homes current and physical condition. Our typical scheduling time is 48 hours and our full time office is ready and waiting to assist you with your inspection needs. * please note: A home inspection is a visual inspection of the homes present condition. We can not see through walls or guarantee you will not have future problems. Our service is designed to educate you so that you can make an informed decision.
