This is our standard inspection which covers all the structural components and mechanical systems of the property, and has been used by more than forty thousand satisfied homeowners. The purpose of this inspection is to help the buyer make an informed decision and to minimize the buyer's risk. Our inspection is performed in compliance with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
Mistakes and oversights are common in new home construction, even with the best of builders. A new house is built and assembled by dozens of individual workers and groups of specialists such as: framers, electricians, plumbers, roofers, etc. Frequently, builders construct several houses simultaneously and crews float from house to house performing their specialty. Depending on the supervision, things can easily get out of sequence, overlooked, forgotten or not checked for quality assurance.
Our New Construction Inspection service is designed to review all of the major structural components, finish work, and mechanical systems of your newly-constructed house. We work independent of the builder to ensure nothing was overlooked, and that quality workmanship and industry standard materials were employed throughout the construction of your home.
Assisting in the prevention of risk and the possibility of future costly repairs is the goal of our Four-Phase New Construction Inspection Package.
If the first anniversary of your new home is approaching then your Builder's Warranty is about to expire! This may be your LAST opportunity to notify your builder about items needing repair or work not done right during the building of the structure. You must point these out BEFORE your builder is relieved of his one-year warranty responsibilities. Our Warranty Inspection focuses specifically on items covered by the warranty and areas of the home where costly repairs occur. Our professional report will greatly assist you in the negotiation of repairs or unsatisfactory conditions with your builder.
